THE PROCESS
Sublimation printing is a great choice for those looking for high-quality, long-lasting prints. Unlike traditional printing methods, sublimation ink is transferred directly onto the material, resulting in vibrant colors that won't fade or crack over time. Additionally, sublimation printing allows for greater design flexibility, as it can used on a variety of materials and produces sharp, detailed images. HOW WE DO IT
Step 1: Our inhouse designers will design your artwork using graphic design software such as CorelDRAW.
Step 2: From there we print your design onto sublimation paper using our state of the art sublimation printer and sublimation ink.
Step 3: Here we send your printed artwork to our heat press.
Step 4: We then place the desired material onto the heat press and preheat it to remove any moisture. The heat press then transfers the design from the sublimation paper to the fabric.
Step 5: From here the printed fabric will go the cutting station where the patterns are carefully cut.

Step 6: Now we are ready to stich and finish your garment. Our seamstresses' stiches all the items together to create your desired garment.
